Hello, My name is Dawn Rogers. This is my third year here at PCES. Prior to coming to PCES, I worked 25 years in Itawamba County. I served as a teacher for 18 years. I taught K, 1st, 4th, and 6th grades during my teaching career. During my teaching experience, I achieved my National Board certification, and Masters degree in curriculum instruction. Later on in my career, I achieved my Educational Leadership degree. I served as the assistant principal for one year at Tremont Attendance Center, and then as principal for 7 years.

I have two children, Kailee and Konnor. I am married to Shaun Rogers, who works with the Mississippi Forestry Commission. I am a member of Mt. Olive Methodist Church.

In my spare time, I like to travel and read books.

Hello! My name is Trisha Humphres, and I am honored to serve as the assistant principal here at Phil Campbell Elementary. I’ve been part of the Franklin County school system for 21 years, with the past four years dedicated to this amazing school community.

I am deeply passionate about helping our students achieve their goals while fostering confidence in themselves and their abilities. I believe this happens best when our teachers are fully supported, and I am committed to ensuring they have the resources and encouragement needed to help every child succeed.

On a personal note, I have two wonderful children who graduated from Franklin County schools, pursued higher education, and are now thriving in the medical field. My greatest joy is my first grandchild, Rowan, born in November 2024, who has already brought so much happiness to our family.

I look forward to continuing to work alongside our incredible staff, students, and families to make Phil Campbell Elementary the best it can be!

I am married to Heather Brown Lindsey (27 years). She teaches 2nd grade at G.W. Trenholm in Tuscumbia. We have 2 children, Jaci (22) and Judson (15). Jaci is a nurse and Judson is a sophomore at Deshler High School.

We attend Tuscumbia Church of Christ. In our spare time, we love to spend time with family and friends, watch any sport with Alabama playing, and vacationing in the mountains or on the beach.
